What is STCW?

How are certificates verified?
Candidates upload their certificates during or after application. Our system checks certificate type, expiry date, and mandatory requirements for the candidate's rank. Admin reviewers then verify authenticity and issuing authority. Each certificate receives a verification status (verified, pending, rejected, or expired).
Do you store my data?
Yes, we store your application data, interview responses, and uploaded certificates securely. All data processing is compliant with GDPR and KVKK regulations. You provide explicit consent during application, and you can request data deletion at any time.
How long do you keep my data?
Incomplete applications are retained for 90 days then deleted. Completed assessments are retained for up to 2 years to support ongoing crew matching, after which data is anonymized. You can request early deletion through our contact page.
Can companies use their own candidates?
Yes. Companies can invite their own candidates to complete our structured assessment. This gives them standardized competency scores and certificate verification, even for candidates they sourced independently.
